Sennheiser MX170 (Affordable earphones)

I've made up my mind to get the Sennehiser MX170 when I get to see its features as well as the price so spellbinding. Although I've used many other brand marked earphones, Sennheiser is the one which I always wanted to get. When I've seen the new MX170 series, I was astounded with its features and the price (570 rupees). It was marked next to the apple earphones nevertheless. 

                        I bought this pair of audio equipment not just to listen various genre music but also wanted to go over with the movies on a mobile or any other device. Every single note of the music can be heard in a groove. It has a great bass and sound performance with no distortion. These are highly portable and very extendable without any urge. These are optimized for mp3 players, i-pods and any other audio devices. 
                               

            This is the most inexpensive range with almost equal features of Sennheiser MX270 (priced 900) and what not, It also has a warranty period of two years. 

                                      At first I am so reluctant on purchasing these earphones because what I'm looking for that day is a SONY  Earphones, but my hand is like having it's own brain that i can't control. I grabbed this item and paid it immediately then rushed back home to test this new item that i acquired.

               The packaging of the MX 170 is simple small plastic box, when i say simple what i mean is easy to open. What inside the box is a set of foam for the earphones and the earphone itself. No fancy pouch or cable clip.The Earphones  has quite long cable, approx 1.2m symmetrical,Y shaped cable. The plug is not gold plated and it has a L shaped jack, it has also a standard 3.5mm Jack plug. No cable slider on this earphone.Well it feels kinda flimsy, but i tell you the cable can withstand my light daily activities.

                                       The sound quality of MX170 is Good. For my judgement the Mids are clear, Highs can sometimes overpowering but tolerable, the Bass is a bit muffled but Punchy, you can't miss any beat using this headphone. The main feature of this is it's Bass driven Stereo Sound.

                             For me the sound quality of MX 170 in terms of it's price is very good. 

You will not regret buying this!!!  So if you are a type of person that don't want a "In-ear Earphones", the Sennheiser MX 170 is the perfect earphone for you.
